Integrated Care Northamptonshire asked Haydn to create digital designs for their website. The project entailed promoting and explaining to users exactly what ICS means. Like all projects, sitting down with the customer to discover needs, and forming a brief is a must. This ensures great designs.
The website needed users to find out information, offer a great user experience, with efficient signposting. The customer desired pathways directing users to their Staff Portal, GP Portal, ICB and ICS pages. This was the challenge from the brief. Additionally, each pathway required it’s own visual identity. When a user arrives on the website, signposting and menu placements helps direct them. From here, each pathway uses a different colour. This ensures the user understands each pathway is different, but is consistent with the overall look and feel. Haydn created a design system with grids that runs throughout.
Haydn created wireframes and then high-fidelity mockups throughout the process. Before the exciting build and go-live stages. A very enjoyable website design project, coupled with a very happy customer and eye-catching digital designs to boot!
