A property website design for Mulberry Homes, based in Yorkshire. Tired with their current website solution, they needed a fresh appeal. Firstly, with regular new developments, their biggest desire was to promote these houses. Secondly, they wanted a website which is user friendly, responsive, reflecting their brand. Finally, they requested contact details being at the fore front. This makes sure every user can contact them with ease. This design does all that and more.
The project kicked off with stakeholders and residents workshops. Workshops uncovers pain points, information architecture, and navigation. It’s a chance to formalise a brief and understanding of the project.
When producing this property website design, Haydn focused on a premium look. Similar to other marketing designs, this establishes Mulberry Homes as luxurious. The logo sits centrally in the navigation, with large images, and refined details throughout. Green and leaf motifs, from their branding, adds a unique touch.
