As I’m currently working on a couple of new illustrations at the moment, from a new website design and illustrations for a local swimming company, and a new illustrated map commission, I’m excited to share a recent vector drawing illustration which I’ve produced for a local client based in Guildford.
This was a really fun and quick illustration, which started within my sketchbook and then finally produced within Adobe Illustrator, creating a vivid and sharp vector drawing illustration.
I don’t usually do many fully digital illustrations, as a lot of my illustrations are produced with gouache and then transported into Photoshop, but it’s always enjoyable to do something completely digital, stepping away from my hand made focus when producing illustrated maps.
Concentrating on a limited colour palette, and focusing on creating a design that is clear and understandable, the client wanted the illustration to be used throughout a wide range of publications and uses, and I’m very happy they like it.
I thoroughly enjoyed producing this illustration, and if you like this vector drawing illustration, and want a digital illustration yourself, or like my other hand drawn and painted commissions, do get in touch with me at any point!
I’ll be more than happy to talk through your project and see if I can help, I’m always open to new commissions and projects, so don’t hesitate to say hi!
Many thanks for listening and visiting my news page today. You can follow what I’m up to on my Twitter, Facebook or Google + pages, I’ll really appreciate it if you do, and don’t be afraid to say hi to me! Many thanks again, and have a great day!
