Internal Book Illustrations

Haydn designed three internal book illustrations and cover for The Folio Society’s Book Cover Illustration Competition. Illustrating and designing for the story of Ghost Stories. This book complies a series of haunting stories, that Haydn illustrated towards. The stories of horror, created by the likes of classic Edgar Allan Poe to modern Stephen King.

Haydn packed his illustrations with fear, dramatic compositions, and eerie colours. Often featuring lonely figures within a stark and unusual setting. The book cover illustration and design communicates the horror that enfolds if viewers dare enter. Created with a limited colour for maximum effect.
