An illustrated book cover and design for Hampshire based author Piers Husband. Titled ‘Thus Urizen Spoke: The Coin, the Raven and the Beat of the Drum’.

The book tells a spooky tale of two siblings growing up in New Cross. All is well, however this village is not like any other village. Its small church had once been a place where Ancient Roman Gods have congregated. The pair go into an ancient battle and an old entrance, where the story unfolds. This book illustrated book cover focuses on one of the main characters; the raven. Towering over the two young characters. Using a limited colour of red, communicating the demonizing and overpowering character.
