Apologies for a lot of football related illustrations and artworks recently, I’ve been contributing some of my work to Pick Me Up Exhibition this year, and wanted to show as many illustrations as possible.
The last football related illustration which I’m going to be showcasing today (and one for a quite a while), is this Steven Gerrard illustration which I made for the exhibition. Even though this is quite bad timing for you Liverpool fans, (as it was made when Liverpool were high and flying in the league), I thought it would be a good idea to showcase this illustration anyway, even though the title may be lost by Liverpool.
This piece was made entirely by water colour and gouache, with no digital elements to help me with the process. This illustration, plus my other previous artworks, will be uploaded to be shop soon.
Talking of my shop, I’m planning on slightly re-designing the page, so it becomes more of a user friendly experience, so I’m thinking about bringing in categories, and the chance for you to pay with credit card (as I only accept Paypal at the moment)! This will hopefully be implemented soon, so keep your eyes out for that.
