Londonist Drinks Map Illustration

Following from Londonist Mapped, a book featuring hand-drawn London maps, Haydn was asked by Londonist Drinks to produce a map illustration of the Gentlemen’s Clubs around London. Featuring the classic Clubs such as White’s Club, Reform Club to The Athenaeum, this book focuses on the drinking culture in and around London.

Featuring at least 25 hand-drawn map illustrations within the publication, Haydn was asked to produce a clean, stark and engaging map illustration that suits the content of the book. Working with the publisher Haydn has used his friendly style to create a colourful map illustration that focuses on the buildings of the map, that conveys a sense of money and exclusivity.
