Over the past few weeks I’ve been sharing my recordings and drawings from my time in Spain in August. This is the last and final travel sketchbook entry, because I’ve got no more pages to show you from this certain trip.
Hopefully there will be another travel sketchbook sometime soon, you never know! Within this post I’m showing a selection of figurative drawings of my family, a drawing on the plane back to the UK (went from a very sunny Spain to a very cloudy UK), and a couple of recordings from the area surrounding the villa.
The area was just fantastic to draw from, as it contained plants and nature which simply don’t exist in the United Kingdom.
Having this all around me fueled my inspiration and I was able to draw in a way I havn’t really been able to achieve before. I think having new places to draw from, can really stimulate your creativity. I wish I could go back there, it was so hot, and England is starting to decline in temperature, hopefully the sun holds out for a while yet! September is the new June?
Many thanks for listening and visiting my news page today. You can follow what I’m up to on my Twitter, Facebook or Google + pages, I’ll really appreciate it if you do, and don’t be afraid to say hi to me! Many thanks again, and have a great day!
