As I havn’t got a car at the moment, which is really annoying, and have to take the bus everywhere I go nowadays, it’s the perfect opportunity for me to draw and practise, while on the move! Saying this, it can sometimes have an affect on my drawings, as the bus seems to vibrant and move around a lot (as it would), so I can’t be precious about my drawings which I’m producing, and just go for it. Some of the sketchbook pages below are mostly of the backs of peoples head’s while on the bus, without them knowing (hopefully)! I haven’t shown my sketchbook pages in a while, and collected a good selection of imagery from the past couple of months or so. There’s a few other drawings of portraits and still life drawings form around my studio, as I love to produce observational drawings within my sketchbook. I seem to take my sketchbook everywhere I go at the moment, which is great as I’m getting into the habit of drawing and practising my craft everyday, and really look forward to actually getting on the bus to draw, I suppose that’s one plus of taking public transport!
Many thanks for listening and visiting my news page today, and I hope you enjoy this sketchbook entry. Be sure to comment below, as I’ll love to hear what you think about these images. Or you can follow what I’m up to on my Twitter, Facebook or Google + pages, I’ll really appreciate it if you do, and don’t be afraid to say hi to me! Many thanks again, and have a great day!
