After tweeting earlier today, I’ve been working on quite a random landscape painting, which was straight from my imagination (a strange landscape imagination if I say so myself). Before I even started the illustration, I wanted to work on an unusual image shape, so it takes me out of my comfort zone and pushes some different imagery. I went for a long and thin format, which was excellent for a landscape illustration! I can’t really explain the image which I’m showing you today, but it features a swimming pool, concert venue, a collection of windmill’s, and a figure looking down on it all.
Away from painting and illustration, it’s been a busy week for me, as I’ve attended a couple of networking events around my local area, which were really enjoyable and good to meet up with contacts which I’ve made. If your around my local area of Hampshire, be sure to check out Basingstoke Business Biscotti and Cafe Dream, a couple of great networking events, which it would be great to see you at! This may be the case to why I haven’t posted since last Tuesday, shocking (sorry about that)!
