As were coming out of Summer now, (it’s gone way too fast), I wanted to showcase a brand new illustration which I’ve produced for the guys over at Charity Advent.
Charity Advent is a ‘Art-based Charity Initiative raising money and awareness through personalised online Advent e-Calendars, which will be available to buy this Christmas’. You can take their interactive online tour and see a demo of how it works!
It was quite a strange illustration to produce, solely because I was producing the image at the peak of Summer, but was hugely fun to produce!
For my illustration, I illustrated ‘A Christmas Evening’, which was produced with gouache, watercolour and edited in Photoshop.
The image will be placed behind the numbers of the e-calender, where customers can go through each day as they work towards Christmas. I’ve also featured the original image, and have embedded my sketchbook thumbnails, so you can see my workings before I produced the final illustration,
