As it’s a New Year and all, I thought it would be good to look back at some of my past paintings which I’ve done over the past year or so, showcasing editorial, maps, portraits, landscapes, and a whole lot of other illustration mixed in between. It’s a collection which I’ve been adding and adding to recently, which includes work which you might of seen within this blog, and some which you also might of missed. I’m not exactly sure how many paintings are shown, but I’ll guess and say around, 30? From looking at this big pile of paintings, a couple of things stand out. My interesting use of colours (which hopefully works together), as I like to use out of the ordinary colours, and also my interest within editorial, map and portrait paintings. It’s good to see all the paintings altogether within one photograph; roll on another year of painting, designing and illustrating!
