Hello hello! I’ve been working really hard recently producing greetings cards designs, but I’ve also been producing a new poster design for Northampton University (that includes a little penguin character), and a poster design for a local client that I will tell you about soon, promise! These are really interesting illustration projects, that I can’t wait to show you! On top of this, I’ve been adding new greetings card designs to my shop, that I’ve been wanting to do for a while!
Taking a step away from my usual gouache, watercolour and digital style, I’ve experimented with vector illustration, and only using Adobe Illustrator for a change.
I always want to push my skills and take myself out of my comfort zone, which this certainly achieved! Producing greetings card designs for those major events in your life, from Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Get Well Soon and Congratulations, I’m really happy with how these greetings cards designs have turned out.
The Style Of My New Greetings Cards Designs
You can see there’s a consistent illustrative style with these greetings card designs, as I’ve used a similar typeface of Futura, flat colours and abstract shapes to bring these illustrations to life.
I’ve been wanting to add new greetings cards designs for a little while now, and now have quite a collection over on my shop. Including art prints, original gouache paintings to canvas paintings, see what takes your fancy!
All of my products come packaged and delivered in cellophane plastic sleeves, cardboard backing (for art prints and canvas paintings in particular), and delivery that is quick and fast. If you particularly like my illustrative style, do take a look!
